Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn't suit you, Manga District allows you to return it easily, in compliance with French and European distance selling legislation.
π You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order (or the last package if the order is shipped in several parts) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without stating any reason or penalty.
After notifying us of your decision, you have another 14 days to return the item(s) concerned to us.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- unused and in perfect resalable condition;
- complete (accessories, instructions, box components);
- in its original packaging intact.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer cannot be fully refunded: a reduction may be applied depending on the depreciation of the product.
How to return an item?
- Contact us via the contact page, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned.
- Our team will send you the return address and instructions within 48 working hours. Never ship a return without having received these instructions.
- Ship the package with a tracked shipping method (highly recommended β the package remains your responsibility until its receipt by our services).
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will proceed with the refund.
Refund
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return (or after proof of shipment), in accordance with the law.
- It will be made via the same payment method used during the order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- It covers the price of the item(s) returned as well as the initial standard delivery costs in the event of a total withdrawal of the order.
- The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item.
Defective, broken item or order error
Have you received a damaged, defective item, or one that does not correspond to your order? In this case, the return shipping costs are entirely at our expense:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging;
- We will immediately offer you a free re-shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.
You also benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized items or items manufactured at the customer's request.
