At Manga District, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with a tracking number. On this page, you will find all the information regarding our delivery areas, lead times, and how to track your package.

Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Europe: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and all other European countries.

Delivery Times
Our delivery times consist of two stages:
- Order preparation and processing: 1 to 3 business days. Each item is checked and carefully packaged before shipping.
- Transit: approximately 6 to 12 days, depending on the destination and carrier.
The estimated total reception time is therefore between 7 and 15 days.
These times are indicative: the vast majority of our packages arrive within this range, but exceptional circumstances (holiday periods, customs, carrier issues) may occasionally extend them by a few days.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
- Upon shipment, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
- You can track the progress of your package at any time using this number, until it is delivered by hand or to your mailbox.
Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to activate after receiving the number: this is perfectly normal, as it takes time for the carrier to scan the package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping at β¬4.99 and free for purchases of β¬50 or more. The exact amount is always presented to you before final order confirmation β no surprise fees.
Orders with Multiple Items
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This, of course, incurs no additional cost, and it is normal for packages to arrive a few days apart.
Delivery to Switzerland: Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union (especially Switzerland), customs duties or local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These potential charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not dependent on Manga District.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Package?
- Delay: if your package exceeds the maximum announced delivery time, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed within 48 business hours.
- Lost package: if the investigation confirms the loss, you can choose between free reshipment or a full refund.
- Damaged package: send us photos of the package and product within 48 hours via the contact page β we will resend the item or refund you.
