At Manga District, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with a tracking number. On this page, you will find all the information regarding our delivery zones, lead times, and how to track your package.

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to the following destinations:

  • Metropolitan France;
  • Belgium;
  • Switzerland;
  • Luxembourg.

Is your country not on the list? Contact us via our contact page: we will assess the feasibility of your request.

Delivery Times

Our lead times are broken down into two stages:

  • Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days. Each item is checked and carefully packaged before shipping.
  • Transit: 7 to 15 business days on average, depending on the destination and carrier.

These times are indicative: the vast majority of our packages arrive within this range, but exceptional circumstances (holiday periods, customs, carrier issues) may occasionally extend them by a few days.

Tracking Your Order

  1. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
  2. As soon as it ships, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
  3. You can track the transit of your package at any time using this number, until it is delivered in person or to your mailbox.

Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to activate after receiving the number: this is perfectly normal, as it takes time for the carrier to scan the package.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment, based on your address and the contents of your cart. The exact amount is always presented to you before final validation of the order — no surprise fees.

Orders with Multiple Items

To ensure the best possible delivery times, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in several separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This, of course, does not incur any additional costs, and it is normal for packages to arrive a few days apart.

Delivery to Switzerland: Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union (especially Switzerland), customs duties or local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These potential charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not dependent on Manga District.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Package?

  • Delay: If your package exceeds the maximum announced delivery time, contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed within 48 business hours.
  • Lost Package: If the investigation confirms the loss, you choose between free reshipment or a full refund.
  • Damaged Package: Send us photos of the package and product within 48 hours via the contact page — we will resend the item or refund you.
